    Aug. 2 • Sharad Raja, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jessup Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 3 • Raymond Carlisle, 64, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with second-degree obstructing government administration, second-degree harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct following an incident on McEwen Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • John F. Gruberth, 50, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Homestead Village Drive. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 4 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following incidents on Wheeler Road and Union Corners Road. He was arraigned by warwick town justice peter Barlet and remanded to the orange county jail in lieu of $500 bail to reappear in town court. • Michelle L. Stymacks, 27, of Hamburg, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released on $25 bail to reappear in town court.
