Sept. 19 • Bernabe F. Zafra, 21, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Glenmere Homesites Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 20 • Dennis Ryan, 24, of Westtown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Grand Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 21 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Main Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 23 • Brian N. Milbauer, 23, of Warwick, was charged with public lewdness following an incident on Main Street in which police said he urinated in public. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 24 • Jeffrey Vandunk, 21, of New Hampton, was charged with littering following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Atef Bajes, 34, of Paterson, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 25 • Ronald Capalbo, 44, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Wawayanda Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
