July 19 • A 20-year-old male from the Village of Florida was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Southern Lane. He was released to reappear in village court. July 20 • Damon D. Snowden, 29, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. July 22 • Celestino Rojas, 36, Gustavo Acevedo, 29, and Gonzalo Benitez, 40, all from Warwick, were charged with trespass following an incident on Elm Street. They were released to reappear in village court. July 25 • Ernest S. Francis, 37, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Park Lane. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in village court. • Salvatore Butchel, 45, of Lincoln Park, N.J., was arrested on a warrant charging issue bad checks and resisting arrest following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. July 26 • Timothy D. Dowlen, 37, of Newburgh, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. July 28 • Tracy Brownsell, 42, of Pine Island, was charged with endangering the welfare of child following an incident on Firehouse Lane. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
