    Sept. 4 • Catherine H. Rudy, 53, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 6 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon and second-degree menacing following an incident Newport Bridge Road. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court. Sept. 8 • Beverly A. Golembewski, 44, of Port Jervis, was charged with second-degree forgery following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in town court. • John J. Potter, 25, of Pine Island, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree criminal trespass and petty larceny. Kyle R. Schmick, 21, of Warwick, also was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree criminal trespass and petty larceny. Both were released to reappear in town court. Sept. 9 • Brian Cenicola, 37, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with reckless driving following an incident on Windermere Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. • Jason R. Gaer, 36, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 10 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released to reappear in village court.
