    Aug. 31 Justin Talarczyk, 38, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender a suspended license following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Matthew J. Mitchell, 33, of Gardiner, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to surrender a suspended registration following an incident on Grand St. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Michael Coope, 26, of Florida, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and forgery of a vehicle identification number following an incident on Funnell Place. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Sept. 1 Ardis Allen, 37, of West Milford, N.J. was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, following an incident on Maple Ave. He was released on $30 bail to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 2 Amber Dellosso, 21, of Newfoundland, N.J. and Michael Generoso 26, of West Milford, N.J. were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; second-degree criminally use of drug paraphernalia; and unlawful possession of marijuana. The incident occurred on Kings Highway. They were arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. Sept. 3 An 18-year-old female from Warwick was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, following an incident on Ball Rd. She was released to reappear in Village Court. Robert Stabile, 49, of Monroe, was charged with assault third degrees and second-degree harassment following an incident on Lakes Rd. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 4 A 20-year-old male from Bloomingdale, N.J. was arrested and charged with second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Pelton Road Crossing. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. Sept. 6 Joseph Feuerstack 32, of Bloomingburg; Scott Utter, 38, of Port Jervis; and John Macchurch, 37, of Slate Hill, were charged with second-degree burglary; two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon; and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Old Ridge Rd. All were arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Terence Bowden, 54, of Warwick, was charged with criminal sex act forcible compulsion following an incident on Laudaten Way. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Sept. 8 James Oliver 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following and incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Joseph Filippone 23, of Stockholm, NJ was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 9 Nicholas Richetti, 26, of Waverly, NY was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Castle Court. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
