Jan. 10 A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released to reappear in town court. Nicholas Stefancik, 26 of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 11 Eric Manning, 22, of Warwick, and Kaitlyn Slicker, 22, also of Warwick, were charged with first-degree robbery with a deadly weapon. They were arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Jan. 12 A 20-year-old male from Chester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 13 Andrew Vail 30, of Newburgh, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 16 A 17-year-old male from Chester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 18 Elizabeth Patton, 46, of Florida, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was released to reappear in Village of Florida Court. Janine Jukic, 37, of Sleepy Hollow, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 19 Matthew Summit, 21, of Florida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree obstructing government administration. He was arraigned by Florida Village Justice Richard L. Shuback of the Village of Florida Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Jan. 22 Christopher Asaro, 22, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released to reappear in town court. A 20-year-old-male from Unionville was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. He was released to reappear in town court.
