Nov. 4 • A 16-year-old female from Florida, N.Y., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct following an incident on South Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Jenese Hernandez, 37, of Westtown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 5 • Stanley G. Dolson, 58, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Nov. 6 • A 16-year-old male from Greenlawn was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on West Street Extension. He was released on $300 bail to reappear in town court. • A 19-year-old male from Milford, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 9 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument following an incident on Elm Street. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court.
