Feb. 26 • Daniel V. Sollecito, 59, of Glen Ridge, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Feb. 27 • John M. Scorzello, 23, of Warwick, was arrested on a warrant charging open container. He was released to reappear in village court. Feb. 28 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Joseph A. Duryea, 31, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Route 1A. He was released to reappear in town court. • Gary Singer, 21, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Long Meadow Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Cheryl Rogowski, 44, of Pine Island, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released to reappear in town court. March 1 • Jonathan Miles, 35, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Brenda J. Garofalo, 47, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in town court. March 2 A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Elm Street. He was released on $60 bail to reappear in village court.
