    July 9 • Ashley A. Montesano, 21, of Wayne, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. She was released to reappear in town court. • Daniel J. Bessler, 21, of Sussex, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08% BAC, and reckless driving following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. • Michael J. Konecni, 21, of Highland Mills, Richard D. Onderdonk, 46, and an 18-year-old female, both from Monroe, were charged with criminal possession of marijuana following an incident on Cascade Lake Road. They were released to reappear in town court. • Richard C. Milby, 54, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08% BAC , resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. July 10 • Conception Marquez, 30, of the Village of Florida, was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Big Island Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. July 12 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Jeffrey Bratjan, 40, of Walden, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. July 14 • Michael Williamson, 26, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 19-year-old male from Hewitt, N.J., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Cascade Lake Road. He was released to reappear in town court. July 15 • Douglas T. Myruski, 22, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% BAC following an incident on Lindsey Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Michael Milligan, 36, of Ringwood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in town court. July 16 • Edmund McCarthy, 47, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Laudaten Way. He was released to reappear in town court. July 17 • A 19-year-old male and an 18-year-old male, both from Warwick, were charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal mischief following incidents on Arbor Court and Kenilworth Lane. They were released to reappear in town court. • A 20-year-old male from Port Jervis was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. July 18 • An 18-year-old female from Warwick was charged with Criminal possession of hypodermic instrument, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Welling Place. She was released to reappear in village court. • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Old Ridge Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Chester Town Police • Jimmie Simmons, 22, of Warwick, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to Village of Chester Police. July 16 • Kevin P. Horgan, 43, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Chester Town Court Sept 17. • Hubert Colangelo, 70, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08% or greater, both felonies. He was arraigned in town court and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail. He is due to appear in the Chester Town Court Aug 6. • Vincent James Smith, 19, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Chester Town Court Aug 6. July 20 • A 17-year-old Warwick resident was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage automobile accident and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both violations. During the course of the motor vehicle accident investigation, it was learned that the Village of Chester held an active warrant for him. He was subsequently turned over to Village of Chester Police. • Magdalena Delpino, 42, of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Chester Town Court Aug 8.
