    Sept. 9 • Anthony Presky, 27, of Pine Island, was charged with reckless driving following an incident on Liberty Corners Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 20-year-old male from Little Falls, N.J., was arrested on a warrant charging third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Sept. 10 • Brian Wilson, 26, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Sept. 12 • David A. Simpson, 29, of Bloomingdale, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in town court. Sept. 13 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second- and third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Joseph Degroat, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Third Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Sept. 14 • Richard Stevens, 36, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Jones Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 16 • Robert J. Memoly, 21, of Warwick, was charged with robbery and second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Ronald Reagan Boulevard. He was released on $500 bail to reappear in town court. Sept. 18 • Peter Shoenberger, 21, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Katlyn Court. He was processed and released to reappear in town court. • James W. Beck, 23, of Pine Island, was charged with unreasonable noise following an incident on Hawthorne Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court.
