Dec. 20 Daniel Card, 23, of Warwick, was charged with petit larceny. He was released to reappear in town court. Karen Derose, 48, of Milford, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 21 James Simonetti, 24, of Florida, was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in Town Court. Dec. 22 David Schermerhorn, 21, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in village court. Terrance Devine, 32, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 24 Alex Klein, 21, of Westtown, was charged with unlawful possession of a police scanner in a motor vehicle and for having a unauthorized blue green and white lights. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 25 Lucy Roche, 30, of New York, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was released to reappear in Village of Greenwood Lake Court. Mark Pauline, 45, of Salisbury Mills, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court.
