Aug. 6 • Michael Carmona, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 7 • Gary Mann, 44, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment following an incident on Hillside Road. He was released on $500 bail to reappear in town court. Aug. 8 • Glenn Davis, 52, Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 11 • Lawrence P. Brown, 51, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. • An 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court. • Patrick Grennan, 42, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt following an incident on Memorial Park Drive. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 12 • Eric Mann, 29, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Indian Trail. He was released on $100 bail. • Marcos Santiago, 23, of the Village of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 13 • A 17-year-old female from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Grand Street. Aug. 14 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with trespass following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Chester Town Police Aug. 12 • Steven Laugier, 46, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Sept. 10 in Chester Town Court. Aug. 17 • Israel Arizpe, 26, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Sept. 11 in Chester Town Court.
