    July 2 • Aaron Reyes, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and second-degree criminal impersonation following an incident on Four Corners Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. • James Brightbill, 21, of Chester, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. July 3 • Debra A. Forcier, 52, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. She was released to reappear in Town Court. July 4 • Elixabeth Promin, 46, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on McEwen Street. She was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. July 5 • Eric Aken 39, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
