    June 29 • Craig Arkel, 46, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Round Hill Road. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in town court. • Dallas J. Kruzelnick, 21, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with first-degree Reckless Endangerment, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was arraigned by Goshen Town Justice Kimberly VanHaaster and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $5,000 bail. June 30 • Jerome E. Herrman, 23, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Joanna Peat, 24, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree harassment and petty larceny following an incident on Spring Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • Joseph D. Aro, 22, of Stony Point, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. July 3 • Anthony Delia, 41, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Glenmere Homesites Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • An 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake, N.Y., was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. July 4 • Paul A Lacny, 38, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail to reappear in town court. July 5 • Bernard Rodriguez, 44, of Woodbourne, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and leaving the scene of an accident following an accident on Big Island Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Denise A. Trimboli, 38, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. July 6 • John T. Somers, 43, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court.
