    Oct. 22 • A 19 year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State School Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Oct. 23 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender suspended/revoked documents following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Kings Highway. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail. Oct. 24 • Richard Storms, 26, of Warwick, was charged with trespass following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Vincent Izzo, 48, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 25 • Marz Garcia, 33, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 27 • William Berotti, 45, of Wantagh, was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court.
