    Sept. 18 • Damon D. Snowden, 28, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 19 • Angel D. Andaverde, 21, and a 19-year-old male from Middletown were charged with trespass following an incident on Sanfordville Road. They were released to reappear in town court. • An 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on Old Dutch Hollow Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Gerard A. Conte, 39, of New Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Sept. 20 • Buffon Felix, 52, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Sept. 21 • Donald F. Santan, 34, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest following an incident on Lakes Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Raymond Barnes, 41, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and second-degree obstructing government administration following an incident on Mountain Lakes Lane. He was released to reappear in the Village of Greenwood Lake Court.
