March 26 • John Villano, 28, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • A 16-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with disorderly conduct and petty larceny following an incident on Julie Lane. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Bartlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $100 bail. March 27 • A 18-year-old male from West Milford, N.J., was charged with reckless driving following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. March 28 • Kathleen Cathy, 45, of Warwick, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. • John P. DiCola, 70, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. • Alfred Panas, 51, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Iron Mountain Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Bartlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. March 29 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. March 31 • Richard A. Pennings, 21, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court.
