May 16 • Joseph Squillante, 41, of Stony Point, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. • Luis N. Perez, 31, of Warwick, charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Mila Road. He was released to reappear in town court. May 17 • Adrienne K. Kulakowski, 31, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Main Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • Jason Pascale, 39, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and second-degree obstructing government administration following an incident on Kings Highway. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail. • John Komorowski, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in Town Court. May 18 • Jill M. Vantiem, 37, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Route 94. She was released on $100 bail.
