Nov. 10 • Paul Kurtz, 26, of Dunedon, Fla., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Nov. 11 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on North Street. He was released on $150 bail to reappear in village court. Nov. 13 • Christine Fabbro, 31, of Middletown, was charged with issuing a bad check following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $900 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 14 • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and petty larceny following an incident on Cascade Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 16 • Hector Norris, 52, of Warwick, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court.
