May 2 • Brandon Masker, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. May 3 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Wisner Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. May 5 • Robert Williams, 68, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in town court.
