He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 27 Two 17-year-old males and an 18-year-old male, all from Warwick, were charged unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. They were released to reappear in Town Court. Nicholas A. Revella, 27, of the Village of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 28 A 20-year-old female from Warwick was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on Wheeler Road. She was released to reappear in Village of Florida Court. Bradley Feldman, 29, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 29 Three 17-year-old males from Warwick were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident Grand Street. They were released to reappear in Village Court. Catherine R. David, 67, of Yalesville, Conn., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 29 Daniel W. Laforge, 25, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08%, and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Penaluna Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. Elijah T. Defreese, 28, of the Village of Florida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Gary R. Steines, 42, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. Kenneth A. Moschetto, 44, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94.
