    Oct. 10 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • A 20-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with reckless driving following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 13 • Thomas Dougherty, 44, of Chester, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following an incident on West Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. Oct. 14 • Luis Garcia, 45, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Oct. 15 • Michael J. Falkena, 23, of Warwick, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following an incident on Main Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. • Thomas P. Dipalermo, 39, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in Village Court. Oct. 16 • A 20-year-old female from Florida was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree harassment following an incident on Katlyn Court. She was released to reappear in Town Court. • Michael A. Hennelly, 43, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court.
