    Nov. 28 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Newport Bridge Road. He was released on $1,000 bail to reappear in town court. • Joseph D. Cobb, 37, of Kingston, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Patricia Watch, 36, of Port Jervis, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following an incident on School House Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 1 • Christopher Kleister, 30, of Salisbury Mills, and John Hurban, 30, of Highland Mills, were charged with third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal tampering and theft of services following an incident on Covered Bridge Road. They were released to reappear in town court. • Kevin T. Cunningham, 40, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. • Michael J. Galdun, 43, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petty larceny following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 2 • Ryan Gallagher, 22, of Washingtonville, a 19-year-old male from Wappingers Falls, and a 19-year-old male from Middletown were charged with open container violations; a 19-year-old male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on South Street. They were released to reappear in village court.
