Jan. 10 Patricia Kowalsky, 35, of Pine Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 13 Christine Skouloudis, 40, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 94N. She was released to reappear in town court. Steven C. Asare, 36, of the Bronx, was charged with sex offender fail to verification form in 10 days and sex offender fail to report address change, felonies, and violate sex offender registry requirements, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket to reappear in town court. Jan. 14 Delana Cameron, 43, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. Tracy L. Schillaci, 34, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. She was released to reappear in town court. John P. Dicola, 72, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Old Dutch Hollow Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 15 Billy Winfield, 26, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree attempted assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief second-degree and harassment. Sarah Gierer, 22, of Carmel, also was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Overhill Lane. They were released to reappear in town court. Donald T. Olsen, 34, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree Assault degree following an incident on Windermere Avenue. He was remanded by Warwick Town Justice Nancy Brenner DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Two 18-year-old males from Middletown, two 16-year-old males from Middletown and an 18-year-old male from Greenville were charged with second-degree gang assault following an incident on Queen Anne Lane. One of the 16-year-olds also was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. They were arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail each.
