He was released to reappear in town court. John Komorowski, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Little York Road. He was released to reappear in town court. May 20 Jin X. Huang, 42, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Seven 17-year-olds and two 16-year-olds were charged with criminal trespass following an incident on Clinton Avenue. All were released on appearance tickets. Walter Dearing, 23, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident Main Street. He was released on an appearance ticket. May 21 Giuliano Guerrini, 33, of Westtown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $150 bail to reappear in town court. A 19 year old male from Puerto Rico was charged with second-degree criminal trespass following an incident on Elm Street. He was released on $300 bail. May 22 A 17-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana following an incident on Airport Road. Both were released to reappear in town court. Justin A. Kowalyk, 25, of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Wheeler Road. He was released on $100 bail. May 24 John M. Treanor, 50, of Chester, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender license and evidences of registration following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. May 25 Christopher Champy, 36, of Hamburg, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released to reappear in town court. May 26 A 20-year-old male from Middletown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following an incident on McEwen Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Enrigue H. Flores, 22, of Warwick, and a 19-year-old male were charged with open container violation following an incident on Elm Street. They were released to reappear in village court. William Royce, 37, of Middletown, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. May 27 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree menacing and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Stephen Prosser, 44, of Lackawaxen, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $200 bail. Richard L. Stevens, 37, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an incident on Jones Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
