Nov. 24 • Robert Hamilton, 23, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Round Hill Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Jesse Swimmer, 26, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 25 • Michael Sarnicola, 22, of Warwick, was charged with open container following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in court. Nov. 26 • Luis Perez, 29, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to eappear in court. • Todd Brunning, 22, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in court. Nov. 27 • Kevin Romaine, 47, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment following on incident on Pine Lane. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. Nov. 28 • Stephen Mitchell, 40, of Montgomery, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in court. Nov. 29 • Denice Davis, 37, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Spring Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • Jason M. Armstrong, 29, of Pine Bush, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Blueberry Hill. He was released on $100 bail.
