Dec. 22 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 23 • A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 25 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 26 • Edward A. Mann, 45, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. • Jan M. Pochapsky, 56, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglar tools and petty larceny following an incident on Long Meadow Road. He was released on $1,000 bail to reappear in town court. Dec. 27 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Grand Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 28 • Cornelius Finn, 81, of New Milford, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court.
