Nov. 15 Perry Williams, 51, of Newburgh, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 16 Elisabeth Vanhoge, 22, and Michael Cooper, 27, both from the Village of Florida, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Funnel Place. They were released. Jonathan Hamilton, 41, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 17 Geoffrey Echevarria, 21, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 18 An 18-year-old male, a 17-year-old male, a 16-year-old male from Warwick and a 16-year-old male from Sugar Loaf were charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and fourth-degree criminal mischief following incidents on Bellvale Lakes Road. They were all released to reappear in town court. Nov. 19 Robert Wolons, 47, of Warwick, was charged with burning without a permit following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 22 Paul Smith, 26, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on West Street. He was released. Nov. 25 An 18-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident Bellvale Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 27 James Milhaven, 45, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment following an incident on Kenilworth Lane. He was released to reappear in village court. A 16-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 28 Duncan McCarthy, 28, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court.
