    March 21 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. March 22 • Arnold Cochrane, 45, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. March 23 • Ramon Garcia, 54, of Warwick, was charged with burning without a permit following an incident on Kavalec Lane. He was released to reappear in town court. March 24 • A 16-year-old female was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was released to reappear in town court. • Peter J. Porkka, 48, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • John Tasaro, 35, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Richard L. Stevens, 37, of Warwick, was arrested on a warrant from the Village of Chester Police Department, charging second-degree harassment. He was turned over to the Village of Chester Police. March 25 A 19-year-old male from Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • Justin J. Rudy, 25, of Florida, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petty larceny and second-degree unlawful imprisonment following an incident on Ketchum Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. • Eric O. Salzman, 43, of Flushing, was charged with vehicles in the town park following an incident on Cascade Lake Road. He was issued an appearance ticket to reappear in town court.
