Dec. 19 • Steven T. Decker, 29, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Fairview Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Michael R. Pilcz, 39, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass following an incident on Lakes Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on $500 bail. Dec. 20 • Barry T. Schneider, 44, of Little Falls, N.J., was charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. Dec. 21 • Devon C. Sabshin, 26, of Corvallis, Or., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. Dec. 22 • Kelli V. Bennett-Defreese, 34, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree bail jumping following an incident on Kings Highway. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. • Anna I. Dzyubina, 34, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on $5,000 bail. • Darlene M. Dempsey, 47, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. She was released to reappear in Village Court. Dec. 28 Gerald P. Terry, 56, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Blooms Corners Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Dec. 29 Matthew E. Drew, 22, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Dec. 30 James Garrison, 50, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Grand Street. He was released on $60 bail to reappear in Village Court. Dec. 31 Edward W. Fritsche, 45, of Goshen, was charged with Driving while ability impaired by alcohol following an incident on State School Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 1 • Christine A. Contaxis, 29, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in Village Court.
