Aug. 12 • A 20-year-old male from Stockholm, Pa., was charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol following an incident on McEwen Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 16 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Entin Terrace. He was released to reappear in town court. • William White, 39, of Hopewell Junction, was charged with failure to surrender suspended/revoked motor vehicle documents and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. Aug. 17 • Christopher M. Kruszka, 29, of Milford, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. • Milton Mann, 50, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on McEwen Street. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail to reappear in village court.
