May 16 A 17-year-old female from Ringwood, N.J., was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in town court. May 17 Richard Lomnitzer, 46, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. May 19 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. May 20 Adam Kaval, 21, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on McFarland Road. He was released to reappear in village court. Harvey D. Bruce, 39, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Michael Jenkins, 43, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Ball Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlett and released on $150 bail.
