    Jan. 2 • Christopher R. Sheehan, 43, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 4 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick, was charged with third-degree Assault following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Jan. 6 A 17-year-old male from Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. • Denis S. Ryan, 24, of Westtown, was charged with fifth-degree Criminal possession of controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $6,500 bail. • Ricci R. Bennett, 45, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Kristy Hallowell, 24, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree Aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 7 • John J. Garby, 26, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. • Daniel Orama, 30, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Elijah Defreese, 27, of Warwick, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following an incident Spring Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court.
