    Aug. 27 • Ricci R. Bennett, 46, of Warwick, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon; and Robert Verrelli, 37, of Campbell Hall, also was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Main Street. They were arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. • Ryan C. Mortensen, 23, of Gardiner, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal trespass following an incident on Old Dutch Hollow Road. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. • A 19-year-old male from Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08%, and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released pending a future court appearance. Aug. 28 • Helen M. Benedict, 21, of Bellvale, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. She was released for a future court appearance. • Jeffrey Kimble, 47, of Newton, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $100 bail for a future court date. • Patricia Campbell, 73, of Greenwood Lake, was arrested on a warrant outstanding from the Greenwood Lake Police Department. She was turned over to the Greenwood Lake Police Department. • Steven Phifer, 44, of Pine Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released for a future court appearance. Aug. 29 • Gary D. Miller, 50, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, second-degree obstructing government administration and resisting arrest following an incident on Brady Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
