    Oct. 30 • Charles B. Holmgren, 28, of Ramsey, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Railroad Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Nov. 1 • Joseph H. Svede, 41, of Middletown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. • Merrick Campbell, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $40 bail to reappear in village court. Nov. 2 • Irving V. Mann, 43, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Grand Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • James W. McRorie, 43, of Conklin, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. • William J. Wiesmeth, 42, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 3 • A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Oakland Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree menacing following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
