    Aug. 15 • An 18-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Parkway. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 17 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with trespass following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 18 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08% and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Ackerman Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 20 • A 19-year-old male from Greenwood Lake and an 18-year-old male from Warwick were charged with trespass and disorderly conduct following an incident on Main Street. They were released to reappear in village court. Aug. 21 • Nancy M. Christ, 42, of Haledon, N.J., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fugitive from justice following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail to await extradition proceedings for an outstanding warrant from the Sussex County, N.J., Prosecutor’s Office. • An 18-year-old female from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. She was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 22 • Ivy Smith, 27, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree attempted assault following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 23 • Keith J. Brulatour, 35, of New Windsor, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. • Thomas A. Santangelo, 43, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08%, and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Chester Town Police Aug. 22 • Scott L. Mitchell, 51, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and the infractions of refusal to take a breath test, driving without a seat belt, speed in zone and failure to keep right after a traffic stop after being stopped on Lake Station Road. Mitchell was arraigned in Town of Warwick Court and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. The Warwick Valley Humane Society assisted police by taking custody of a German Shepherd that was in Mitchell’s vehicle. Mitchell is due back Sept. 10 in Chester Town Court.
