    April 9 • Joseph Lilly, 34, of Pine Island, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, and Sandra Lilly, 36, of Pine Island, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Jersey Avenue. They were released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. April 12 • John J. Nemeth, 31, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. April 13 • Anselmo D. Davila, 61, of Alamo, Texas, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. • Daniel D. Hargis, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail released on $1,000 bail to reappear in village court. April 14 • Aaron Rojas, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Tammy J. Dane-Steinard, 48, of Westtown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court.
