Aug. 23 • Eddie L. Tucker, 30, of Warwick, was arrested on a warrant issued by Family Court, charging violation of a support order. He was turned over to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Aug. 24 • Bruce W. White, 22, of Mountaindale, was twice charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following different incidents on Kings Highway and State Highway 94. He was originally released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. He was then arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. • Kya R. Finn, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident following an incident on Vanduzer Place. She was released to reappear in Village Court. Aug. 26 • Robert C. Opperman, 27, of Sterling Forest, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and driving while intoxicated following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with reckless driving following an incident County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Aug. 27 • Jack Dromgold, 40, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following an incident on McEwen Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court.
