    Dec. 6 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • Jorge E. Melo, 40, of Ozone Park, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Kathryn E. Straubel, 37, of Hawthorne, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on East Shore Road. She was released to reappear in town court. • Mark L. Havriliak, 46, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment following an incident on Gordon Terrace. He was released to reappear in village court. • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street Extension. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 7 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with first-degree assault and reckless endangerment following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 8 • Anthony Ingui, 46, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an incident on Hunt Drive. He was released to reappear in town court. • Brian J. Dowling, 33, of Greenwood Lake, N.Y., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Dec. 9 • John Bate, 46, of New Haven, Conn., was charged with burning without a permit and obstructing firefighting operations following an incident on Jessup Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • Mickey A. Keitt, 38, of Norwalk, Conn., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 10 • Kristopher Bullinger, 22, of Greenwood Lake, N.Y., was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 11 • Brian Wolfe, 42, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 12 • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petty larceny following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 14 • Eugene A. Werlick, 21, of McAfee, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Welling Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Terry L. Jones, 30, of Foley, Ala., was charged as a fugitive from justice following an incident on Galloway Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $5,000 bail to reappear in village court. Dec. 15 • John Herbert, 40, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt following an incident on Telsar Lane. He was released to reappear in town court. • John J. Ruskiewicz, 70, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Oil City Road. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in town court.
