    Aug. 28 • Zachary Predmore, 21, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 31 • Dennis J. Giudice, 27, of Suffern, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Deer Trail. He was released to reappear in town court. • Margaret Zuretti, 61, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street. She was released to reappear in village court. Sept. 1 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $500 bail to reappear in town court. • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $50 cash bail to reappear in village court. • Milton Mann, 30, of Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $25 cash bail to reappear in village court. Sept. 2 • Curtis H. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Village Green Court. He was released to reappear in village court. • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Sept. 3 • Jason L. Nash, 25, of Summerville, Mass., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in village court. • A 18-year-old male from West Milford, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08% BAC, and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 94.
