    Jan. 23 • Gary Moeller, 32, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • William F. Tasaro, 38, of Chestnut Ridge, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Gregory P. Yates, 26, of Chester, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Village Court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of an accident that occurred on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 26 • Monte Morris, 46, of Warwick, was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. • Lisa L. Santana, 38, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in Town Court. • Shane P. Franklin, 21, of Warwick, was charged with three counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following incidents that occurred on Deer Pond Court. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 27 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Memorial Park Drive. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. • Barbara A. Klueber, 31, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Main Street. She was released on $100 bail to reappear in Village Court.
