    April 1 • David C. Henry, 30, of Pine Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. April 2 Derron Burton, 35, of Warwick, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following an incident on Burton Lane. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. April 4 • Nancy J. Thompson, 51, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure surrender of license and registration following an incident on Galloway Road. She was released to reappear in village court. • Two 20-year-old males and a 17-year-old male, all from Greenwood Lake, were charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Lakeshore Road. They were released to reappear in town court. April 5 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident following an incident on West Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. April 6 • Scott J. Szambel, 37, of Warwick, was charged with parole violation following an incident on Cedar Lane. He was released to the custody of the state Corrections Department. • Isaiah Miles, 53, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. • Marc S. Scilingo, 37, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $60 bail to reappear in village court. April 7 • A 16-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. April 8 • Two 18-year-old males and two 17-year-old males from Warwick were charged with attempted gang assault, third-degree assault, and reckless endangerment following an incident on Silo Lane. One 18-year-old was released on $1,500 bail by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and the other 18-year-old was released on $500 bail by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet. One 17-year-old was released on $1,500 bail and the other 17-year-old was released on $1,000 by Judge Barlet. • Morgan Lappin, 26, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Robert G. Dieber, 24, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with trespass and criminal trespass following an incident on Lakeshore Drive. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Rosalie M. O’Brien, 51, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. A 20-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court.
