Jan. 24 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal trespass following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released on an appearance ticket to reappear in town court. Jan. 25 Anita Raja, 51, of Warwick, was charged with issuing a bad check following an incident on Main Street. She was released to reappear in village court. James A. Soutar, 21, of Campbell Hall, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Kim Massa, 47, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 26 Sally Wiley, 57, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Union Corners Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Stuart G. Arthur, 58, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 27 Luz Rosado, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 28 Christine Harris, 55, of Pine Bush, was charged with leaving the scene of personal injury accident following an incident on Kings Highway. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 29 Juan C. Bulnes, 24, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, and disorderly conduct following an incident on Helene Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Jan. 30 Gary Malott, 26, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on Bank Street. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Jan. 31 Jason Pascale, 40, of Montague, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Kings Highway. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy Brenner DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
