July 24 •Jason P. Pascale, 39, of Warwick, was charged with two counts of petty larceny following an incidents on State Highway 94 and Welling Place. He was released on $100 bail. •Mitchell Vandunk, 41, of Ringwood, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Penaluna Road. He was released on $100 bail. July 25 •Shawn Mann, 26, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree harassment following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court. July 27 •A 19-year-old male from New Hampton was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $50 bail. July 29 •Richard Storms, 24, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released to reappear in village court. •A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree obstructing government administration, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct following an incident on Orchard Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. •Wayne C. Steinard, 41, of Warwick, was charged with Endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on County Highway 1. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. July 30 •David Englishman, 62, of Midland Park, N.J., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Castle Hill Court. He was released to reappear in town court. •Jerome Herrmann, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on VanBuren Street. He was released on $60 bail to reappear in village court.
