    Sept. 25 A 16-year-old female from Warwick was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. She was released to reappear in town court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 26 Walter Woodstead, 44, of Northport, Fla., was charged with first- and second-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Sept. 27 Kenneth Redner, 24, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in village court. Sept. 29 Kelly Sansone, 31, of Butler, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Oct. 2 Debra Wach ,46, of Newton, N.J., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet. Franklin Stanley, 30, of New Milford, N.J., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was released to reappear in village court. Marc Barnes, 28, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Oct. 3 Deborah Benjamin-Roth, 43, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court. Derek Santopietro, 23, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Virginia Santopietro, 58, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. Eric Mannings, 22, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. Sarah Tomczak, 27, of Goshen, was charged with seven counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on $500 bail. Oct. 4 David Levers, 32, of Newburgh,was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released on $500 bail. Tomislav Ciric, 46 of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
