    Dec. 9 • Richard L. Stevens, 37, of Warwick, was charged with forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in village court. • Donna J. Edge, 38, of New Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment following an incident on Mountainside Road. She was released to reappear in town court. • Steven Reach, 32, of Hamburg, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Dec. 10 • Frederick Heinzelmann, 54, of Unionville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in town court. Dec. 12 • Derron K. Burton, 34, of Warwick, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 13 • Edward Manzolillo, 31, of Plainview, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. Dec. 14 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Dec. 15 • Ivy M. Smith, 25, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Blooms Corners Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 17 • Glenn Adamson, 47, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. • Nicholas Rodriguez, 26, of East Meadow, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court.
