June 21 A 17- year-old male from Chester was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and an 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on Cascade Lake Road. The 17-year-old was released on his own recognizance and the 18-year-old was released on $350 bail. Both are to reappear in town court. June 22 Blake Dugandzic, 25, of Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. David L. Slate, 34, of Sussex, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released on $100 police bail to reappear in town court. Two 18-year-old males from Hewitt, N.J., were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Cascade Lake Road. They were released to reappear in court. June 23 Bruce Bednarz, 47, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on McEwen St.. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Michael P. Romano, 27, of Greenwood Lake, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay a fine on a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on $70 bail to reappear in town court. Steven R. Crain, 25, of Warwick, was charged with open container violation, a 19-year-old male from Sugar Loaf and a 18-year-old male from Warwick were charged with underage possession of alcohol following an incident on Parkway.
