    Feb. 13 • Warren R. Clendenny, 41, of Barry Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Blooms Corners Road. She was released to reappear in Town Court. • Marc S. Guthartz, 36, of Teaneck, N.J. was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree reckless endangerment and resisting arrest following an incident on Airport Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Feb. 15 • Corey J. Meima, 32, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief and second-degree Harassment following an incident on Cooper Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Dana Gordon, 27, of Middletown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 16 • Jason P. Sonnichsen, 32, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in village court. • Tammy Barton, 38, of Chester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Kings Highway. She was released to reappear in town court. • Petrit Mirzo, 49, of Blooming Grove, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and issuing a bad check following an incident on Main Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. • Yolanda Jackson, 36, of Newburgh; Laressa Knight, 23, of Wallkill; a 19-year-old male from Wappinger Falls; a 20-year-old male from Beacon; a 20-year-old male from Latham; and a 16-year-old male from Newburgh were charged with peddling without a permit following an incident on Wickham Drive. They were all released to reappear in town court. • Lucio C. Garcia, 25, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court.
