Jan. 18 • Thomas Chuvala, 31, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 19 • A 20-year-old male from Cornwall was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident Lakes Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • Daniel J. Fleming, 40, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and disorderly conduct following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Jan. 20 • James K. Brush, 47, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with issuing a bad check and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,200 bail. Jan. 21 • Nicholas Fratangelo, 22, of Harriman, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • Peter Mami, 27, of Chester, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court.
