    Feb. 21 • Suzanne Schmick, 44, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, following an incident on State Highway 94. She was arraigned before Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail. Feb 24 • Robert E. Rhoades, 65, of Windham, was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released on $25 bail to reappear in Town Court. • Lucas Tanner, 23, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Feb 25 • Michael Humbert, 24, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny following an incident on West Street. An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petty larceny in the same incident. They were released to reappear in Village Court. • Helene Desiderio, 46, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in Village Court. Feb 26 • Michael Monaco, 46, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass following an incident on Old Dutch Hollow Road. He was arraigned before Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. • Olegario Velazquez, 22, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was arraigned before Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. • Christopher Williams, 27, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Blooms Corners Road. He was released to reappear in Village Court. March 1 • Ellen Jennings, 47, of Warwick, was charged with theft of service following an incident on Overlook Drive.
